Mobile Announcements (Managers and Admins)

For one-way communication with Employees, our Announcement feature allows you to send a message blast to your staff. Sending an Announcement is limited to Admin and Manager access only. 

1. Tap the 'Chat Bubble' on the nav bar.


2. You can send a new Announcement by tapping '+' button in the bottom right hand corner. Then tap on the 'New Announcement' button. You'll then be asked to specify which Location, Department or Role group you want to send the message to. 

Announcements are a one-way communication. However, the email notification of the Announcement allows Employees to respond via email to the Admin or Manager who sent out the Announcement.

Attachments in Announcements will not appear in the email notification. Employees will need to view attachments through the mobile app.
