1: Logging in for the First Time
First things first...
Your Manager will invite you to 7shifts by sending a welcome email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Click the big orange 'Accept Invite' button.
You will then need to set a password. Your password must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 8 characters
- 1 uppercase letter
- 1 lowercase letter
- 1 number
- No 3 characters repeating (aaa, 111)
- No sequences (abc, 123)
- No personal info (name, email)
Click 'Create Account.
After you log in, you will want to confirm your contact information.
To do this, click on the grey profile icon in the top right corner, then My Account.
* Mobile app: Go to My Account in the side menu.
You'll want to verify that your mobile number and email address are correct.
This is important since this is how you will be receiving notifications about your shifts and shift changes.
Once you've verified your contact information, scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save'.
