Employee 7tasks access on mobile

7tasks users can now allow their employees to access task lists from their personal devices. This helps reduce the risk in using shared devices, ultimately making your restaurant safer for your team and your customers. 


Enabling 7tasks access for Employee mobile devices

1. Go to Add-Ons > Task Management > Settings

2. Check the box called 'Mobile Task Management' and click 'Save'

All done! Now, employees can sign into 7tasks with their 7shifts login credentials on their own mobile devices and access their task lists.
