Hiding an Employee from the Schedule

If you would like to hide an employee from the schedule, but still give them access to view / edit the schedule, you can set them to appear / not appear by Department. 

1. Find their Employee profile by hovering over the 'More' menu in the top right corner of your screen and selecting 'Employees'.

2. Select the Employee name > Locations / Departments / Roles.

Click on the gear icon next to the Department you want them hidden from > uncheck the 'Appear on schedule' box.

3. Click 'Save'


Hiding Yourself from the Schedule

There are two ways to hide yourself from the schedule in your account (for Admins). 

To hide yourself from the Employee page, contact page, and all schedules:

1. Go to My Account

2. Uncheck the 'Appear as Employee' box and click 'Save'

To hide yourself from a particular department schedule:

1. Find your Employee profile by hovering over the three lines in the top right corner of your screen and selecting 'Employees'

2. Select your name  > Locations / Departments / Roles 

Click on the gear icon next to the Department you want to bve hidden from > uncheck the 'Appear on schedule' box, and click 'Save'.
