Hiding an Employee from the Schedule
If you would like to hide an employee from the schedule, but still give them access to view / edit (depending on User Type), you can set them to appear / not appear by Department.
1. Find their Employee profile by hovering over the three lines in the top right corner of your screen and selecting 'Employees'
2. Select the Employee name > Locations / Departments / Roles
Click on the gear icon next to the Department you want them hidden from > uncheck the 'Appear on schedule' box
3. Click 'Save'
