How to cancel company account

If your business has been affected by COVID-19 please CLICK HERE.

If you are on a free trial, your account will expire at the end of your trial period.

All cancellation requests must come from the Administrator on the 7shifts account

However, if the Admin is no longer with the company, we require a quick phone call to confirm the billing and credit card details on your account.

To request a cancellation: Please email from an email address associated with an Administrator on the account. An email template is provided below:

Subject: Cancellation request for <COMPANY NAME>
Hi 7shifts,
I would like to request the cancellation of my 7shifts service for the Company indicated below. Please cancel my service at the end of the current billing cycle.

Note: The Admin email address, Company name, and Basic credit card details are necessary to ensure the person requesting cancellation is authorized to do so.
