How to cancel company account
If your business has been affected by COVID-19 please CLICK HERE.
All cancellation requests must come from the Administrator on the 7shifts account
However, if the Admin is no longer with the company, we require a quick phone call to confirm the billing and credit card details on your account.
To request a cancellation: Please email email@example.com from an email address associated with an Administrator on the account. An email template is provided below:
Subject: Cancellation request for <COMPANY NAME>Hi 7shifts,I would like to request the cancellation of my 7shifts service for the Company indicated below. Please cancel my service at the end of the current billing cycle.7shifts Company name:

Note: The Admin email address, Company name, and Basic credit card details are necessary to ensure the person requesting cancellation is authorized to do so.
