The Variance Report allows you to see the difference between the scheduled hours and wages, and the actual worked hours and wages, for your Employees.

To access the Variance report you must be using 7punches or have a POS integration with Actual Labor enabled. 

To run the report:

  • Click on Reports > Variance
  • Select the Date Range, Location, Department, and View As options

The report will populate with the variance labor data for all users that fit the criteria chosen
