Manager Permissions

Whether you're editing a Manager or Assistant Manager profile, you can specify what permissions they'll have access to. Their permissions will be restricted to the Locations and Departments they're assigned to.

⚠️The Assistant Manager user type is only available on the Entree plan or higher.

You can access the Manager permissions by:

1. Navigating to the 'More' menu > Employees. 

2. Select the Employee to open and edit their user profile.

3. Within the 'Permissions' tab, select either 'Manager' or 'Assistant Manager under the 'Employee Type' dropdown.

4. A permission checklist will appear below. Check any that apply and be sure to hit 'Save' when you're done.
