Step 1: Logging in for the First Time

First things first...

Your Manager needs to give you your login information (email and password) to get started. You will either receive this information directly from your Manager, or in a welcome email from notifications@7shifts.com.

Once you have that, login here: app.7shifts.com or download the 7shifts mobile app for iPhone or Android


Once you login, the first thing you want to do is confirm your contact information and change your password. To do this, click on the grey profile photo in the top right corner > My Account. (Mobile app: Go to My Account in the side menu.) 


1. Change password

Change your password by simply entering your new password and confirm it by entering it a second time below. (Mobile app: Go to My Account > Change Password.)


2. Confirm contact information

Make sure your cell phone number and email address are correct. This is important since this is how you will be receiving notifications about your shifts and shift changes.

  

Click Save. 

NOTE: Your password will disappear, but it will indeed be saved.
