Language Support

7shifts is currently available in three languages:

  1. English
  2. French
  3. Spanish

This means that when you select your preferred language, all text in the 7shifts web app will be displayed in this language.

Here is how you can set / change your language preference in 7shifts:

Step one: Once logged in to your account, hover over your profile picture (top-right of the window) and select 'My account'.

Step two: Scroll down to the 'Language' field.

Step three: Use the dropdown to select your preferred language and then tap the green 'save' button at the bottom of the page.

Once you've hit the 'save' button, your language preference will take effect and all text in the web app will be changed.

For the 7shifts mobile app, you do not need to make any changes. Our iOS and Android apps are localized—meaning they will automatically be available in your language of choice if your device is set to it. If your smartphone is already set to either French or Spanish, the 7shifts app will automatically detect this and switch languages when you launch it.

Please note: Mobile notifications will remain in English until you specify your language settings in the web app. Use the instructions above to set your preferences in order to update your mobile push notifications.
