Manager Log Book: Setup & Mobile Access

In the Manager Log Book, a category represents a topic that you wish to have a Manager report on. Common categories include: Day Labor (FOH), Day Labor (BOH), 86 List, Customer Complaints, Employee Issues, Repairs, etc.

Step 1: To get started with the log book, go to Communications > Manager Log Book > Categories. You'll want to create categories that are relevant to your restaurant. To do this, click on the green +Add button. You'll be presented with a screen where you can enter details for your category.

 

Step 2: Once you have your categories set up, your Managers can easily fill out each category and send a summary at the end of the day. Remember to click 'Submit' once you finishing entering info for a category. 

Once you're all setup, your Managers will also be able to access the log book from the mobile app.
