When Employees submit their Repeating or Weekly Availaiblity, it will go to Managers for approval. Here's how to approve/decline a request:
1. Go to Availability Requests in the side menu.
2. Tap into the Availability request you wish to respond to.
3. Once viewing the request, you will be able to view the reason and comments as to why someone isn't available.
4. To approve or decline the request, tap the three dots at the top right of the screen.
Note: Employees will receive a notification once you approve/decline the request.
