Locations / Departments / Roles

Here's how to access your Account Structure:

Note: Only admins can access this. If you are a manager, you'll be restricted to see the 'Roles' area. 

‘Locations / Departments / Roles’ is where you’ll set up the structure for the schedules in your 7shifts account. You can assign Roles to specific Departments, and Departments to specific Locations. Below is a diagram to illustrate how Locations, Departments, and Roles are connected:

You can have as many Roles, Departments, and Locations as you want. However, you aren’t required to have Departments or Roles. Below is another way you can structure your account:
